Family court lawyers and blood sucking barristers reap the benefits like flesh eating vultures hovering over a freshly slaughtered carcas of a once happy relationship picking the bones and filling their bank balances.

UK Family Courts on the verge of implosion.

The Uk Family Court System is about to implode according to the Telegraph this morning. Well, fathers in the know could have told you that months ago.

The government, in its money saving wisdom decided to withdraw legal aid funding to millions of couples fighting over the remains of their broken relationships without forseeing that the same number of people would be turning up on the doorsteps of family courts representing themselves. This is the literal start of chaos not just for the corrupt family court system in the UK but for millions of innocent children who will find themselves the victims of an everlasting tug of war without any proper immediate protection. Brilliant, another complete “fu** Up” for British so called justice.

This takes the farce of the “Best Interest Of The Child” to a whole new level of hypocracy.

The article in the Telegraph this morning is just one of a long list published by the newspaper highlighting the war going on in this country between couples whilst family court lawyers and blood sucking barristers reap the benefits, like flesh eating vultures hovering over a freshly slaughtered carcus of a once happy relationship and picking the bones and filling their bank balances with blood stained bank notes.

It wasn’t the withdrawal of the legal aid system that was necessary to save millions of pounds, but the regulation and control of those sucking the life blood out of people and their innocent children.

    • Hi David

I wish I knew. My own personal story nearly took my life and I have spent the last three years agonising over just that question. Unfortunately, I’m an antogonist but the British don’t have my stomach for such an approach. I look around the world and throughout history and you can see the results of far less discriminations. Those issues were solved after years of talking, suffering and then after all else fails, and it always does, a street fight of some description. What I see is lots of people talking to deaf ears. My view, however unsavoury is that things , anythings, won’t ever change until the unthinkable. If you don’t agree David, you only have to read the history books and watch the world news. I’m sorry but when people talk, no one listens unless you are female or disabled or if you are lucky a racial minority. Then the people talk louder and get impatient and some clever-dick says we should have seen this coming. Always the same. Fathers are seen as strong, therefore not a section of the community that needs sympathy. Not like other weaker sections. Don’t hold your breath because the law isn’t going to change until the stakes are higher. Histrory!!

  2. What is needed is a Family Law misselling inquiry.

Family lawyers have not advised their clients on the application of section 1(3) of the Children Act 1989, the so called welfare checklist, to their individual circumstances.

As such, no litigant in children’s proceedings understands the issues involved in issue specific litigation and is unable to make decisions. They are thus not capable of instructing and no solicitor may take their instructions in relation to proceedings under the Children Act 1989..

There are no problems with family law. The only problems are with the family law reformers who do not even know what they want reformed and love being bleeding hearts.

    Alastair
